Background to DLOG

We are a local light opera group in the Dronfield area of North East Derbyshire. We produce 3 shows a year, in January, April and October. Our usual venue is Dronfield Civic Hall. We meet twice a week for rehearsals on Monday and Wednesday evenings and some Sundays.

The technical team cope with all the requirements of the group - sound, lights, special effects etc. as well as offering help and advice to other local groups, venues, schools etc.

Over the last few shows we raised £150.00 for Kidney research and handed out well over eleven hundred donor cards to down load a donor card click here, £50 to the Thomas Playground Appeal and several hundred pounds to St. John's as our on going charity commitment.
